AccuPay^® Systems holds all information submitted by our customers as confidential. This includes all client return data as well as any information you  furnish to us in setting up your account.

 AccuPay^® does not disclose any non-public personal information to any other third party except as authorized by our customers in the form of electronic and/or magnetic media filing agreements.

Access to non-public personal information is limited to those AccuPay^®  employees who need the information to provide  AccuPay^® processing and computing services.

Any documents or electronic media containing non-public personal information   that is not returned to our clients is shredded before disposal.
